Ford's self-driving vehicles
Ford is betting big on the future of self-driving vehicles. The U.S. automaker will be doing much of its testing in the Miami area, according to The Associated Press, teaming with partners such as Lyft and Domino's Pizza to see how consumers react to both autonomous and semi-autonomous cars.
The recent changes to Snapchat haven't been received well by many, but that doesn't appear to have slowed down the number of people downloading the popular social media app. TechCrunch found downloads were up by as much as 76 percent in recent days. The site speculates some folks might have downloaded the app because they were curious about all the hubbub.
Sam's and Instacart
Add Sam's Club to the list of retailers now offering home delivery of groceries and other necessities. The members-only warehouse chain has teamed with Instacart in Austin and a handful of other cities to make the deliveries. Expect more cities to be added throughout the year, Sam's Club said.
