Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Addison Group said Bridgepoint’s leadership team, industry experience and business relationships will strengthen its presence in several high-growth Texas markets.
The deal is also part of Addison Group’s strategy to broaden its national presence through acquisitions of high-growth firms that bring strong customer relationships and complementary service offerings.
Thomas Moran, CEO of Addision Group, said in a written statement Bridgepoint is a “well-established firm offering a suite of management consulting services and similar growth strategy.”
Bridgepoint has a 140-person team that provides consulting services to companies in transition, including those experiencing high growth, meeting compliance objectives or changing their technology infrastructure.
Bridgepoint will keep its headquarters in Austin and employees will retain their roles as part of Addison.
“We look forward to working with the Addison team to build new synergies while enhancing our ability to deliver high-value services to our clients,” said Bob Smith, co-founder and principal of Bridgepoint. “This also provides many career opportunities for our team that will allow them to continue growing professionally.”
